In the admin section we have password protected pages for the main areas of development for the musical. Including
1. Management: e.g. Director, Producer, Financial, Funding etc
2. Script Writers: those involved in writing and proof reading the book for the musical
3. Song Writers: those involved in the writing of songs, lyrics and music for the musical
4. Crew: those involved in the design and implementation of both the sound, lighting and staging elements of the musical
5. Cast: for those involved in the auditioning, casting, rehearsing and  management of the cast
6. Band: for all musicians and cast members involved in the production and performance of the musical.
7. Stage Design: for those with involved in the design and production of the stage set and props for the show
8. Sound Design and Performance: for those with specific responsibility for the sound design and technical implementation of the sound for the show.
9. Lighting Design and Performance: for those with the specific responsibility for the lighting design and technical implementation for the lighting for the show.
10. Marketing: for those with the specific responsibility of selling tickets, sponsorship and advertising for the musical. Including photography and video production.
11. Front of house: for those with the responsibility to manage ticket sales and audience management and seating for each performance.
12. Outreach: For those responsible for making contact and developing relationships with schools, retirement homes etc and developing appropriate educational content .
13. Merchandise and Equipment Sales: To develop, market and sell a branded range of Beat The System merchandise such as programmes, t Shirts, caps and posters and a limited range of hand percussion items such as shakers.
